are there good forex brokers with account currency in USDT?

There may be Decentralized exchanges that offer wrapped tokens but i doubt they offer leveraged trading.

But with the halving looming you would be better off moving into alts rather than fx in 2024 . #nfa

(if the usdt is on chain or in Kuckoin for instance)
