Copy Trades On Multiple Accounts

Hello,
I need a solution for copy trades on multiple prop accounts

If I use of EA I need run several metatrader on my system
If I use of MT4 Multiterminal "it is good but does not support MT5 accounts"

Does it exist MT5 Multiterminal? and if yes, does it support MT4 accounts?

and what solution you suggest for my problem?

1. An alternative for retail copy-trading is to use the Signals service on this website.
2. MT4 and MT5 trading accounts are not compatible with each other.
   
3. MT4 Multiterminal does not support EAs.
4. MT5 Multiterminal does not exist as far as I know.
5. Most prop-firms do not allow copy-trading, nor Signals, and will terminate the contract if discovered.
