Can a 1:30 account copy 1:100 leverage signal ?

My broker account is a 1:30 leverage, can I copy a signal that is 1:100 ?

You can copy but lot size (deal volume) is automatically calculated based on leverage as well.

If I copy someone that does NOT pay swap fees, but they have overnight trades, will I still pay swap fees or not?

If your trading account has swap fees, then obviously yes.
