Signal is lost

 
Hi, Can you help to connect my account with the signal where I subscribe?

I have done according to your instructions, but it still fails. I have also restarted my MT5, but it still doesn't connect, do I need to renew it?

It should be that when the signal is suddenly cut off, just refresh it

Check that you have a valid subscription here: https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/subscriptions

and if you do, contact the Service Desk about it, probably something is stuck.
