You can only withdraw earned funds as you said, you may contact the Service Desk about it.

What account do you mean and what money?

If you are talking about your trading account, contact your broker.

MQL5.com is not a broker, nor has anything to do with your trading accounts or money.

Hi there, i were trying to shift from demo account to live account and it brought me to mql5 site where it shows an option to deposit money, i thought it i deposit money i can just start trading straight away but it wasn't a broker but I've deposited my money in this account by accident. Could uh kindly refund my money back it was hard earned money ):  I'm attaching the proof of payment as well

You must contact Service Desk, as this type of support is strictly not handled through the forum.

NOTE: You can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5 account**
