SOS ! MQL5 VPS rental.

Hi Friends,

I need your help. I've rented MQL5-VPS for 6 months,  from September,  up to Februarya 2024.   We're now in October 2023 but I'm now asked to rent a VPS again.

Can anyone explain to me what that means and how to solve such problems?  Thanks  for your great help.

Your MQL5 VPS subscription was assigned to a specific trading account that you can see here: https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions

If you want to use MQL5 VPS for another trading account, you need to register MQL5 VPS for that account too, it's one trading account per MQL5 VPS.

Hi Elena,

May I repeat again that I'm using only ONE account in trading not TWO and so I don't need a second VPS.  How do I get the terminal set up so as to continue trading?

You did not provide any technical data for any advice about how to solve this problem, and you should find the decision by yourself because of that.

Some information:

1. You can check your subscription on your profile here (including your trading account/server, and status of your MQL5 VPS subscription):

2. You can check more on this page:
https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions

3. Make sure that you fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum logn and forum password, and that your Metatrader is connected to your trading account.

I now understand what might have happend.  My VPS rental in

September did not go well  as expected.
