VPS section doesn't even selectible and appears as below,

  • Make sure that your Windows is on 64-bit (and your MT5 is on one of the latest version/build);
  • check the filling of Community tab of MT5 with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is fabrizietto71).

I think the problem is different...

 
We cannot get a VPS hosting. It happens both in the MT5 and MT4 platforms. Doesn't have to do with our login to mql5.

I did a migration/transfer from another broker. I associated the product from the broker I wasn't using with the one I use now and it worked.
