I am looking for free tool which give me alert of indicator which i set, like i have a Hammer identifier indicator when Hammer formed i need alert on screen.

That is usually not the appropriate way to do it. Normally, one would alter the original source code and add a alert notification code.

Having an extra program to that for an external indicator requires specific code conditions that have to be custom programmed.

Consider using the Freelance section for that.
