Cant Add Indicator To MT5

Hello, i really need help!
I have tried to add custom indicators on mt5 but i really cant. I moved the downloaded indicator from the mql5 website to the indicators folder of the mt5 and refreshed and or closed the whole app but nothing shows up.
I have watched a bunch of tutorials but nothing works. I have a macbook. Please help.
Can you check the expert and journal tab for error messages?
