None of the 2 EAs I have are appearing after Installation on MT4 and MT5 Trading Terminals

Hello friends,

Please can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I have watched videos on how to install EAs on MT4 and MT5 Trading Terminals but I have installed 2 EAs on the MT4 and MT5 Trading Terminals and none of them is appearing even after the under listed actions:

(1) Restarting the MT4 and MT5 Trading Terminals.

(2) Restarting my Laptop

(3) Enabling Algo Trading and also in the Expert Advisor Tab under Options.

First of all make sure that you have logged into the same MQL5 account that you used to buy those EAs in MT4/5 Tools >> Options >> Community.

If you've purchased them with your gabrielama MQL5 account, then you need to use this username to login into your MQL5 account.

I downloaded MT4 from another broker and I was able to install both EAs on the broker's terminal.
