Prohibit login

i got the Prohibit Login error in my account and cannot get it reinstated.  How do i fix this problem?  I wrote to customer service and get no response.

It depends on which account you get prohibit login:

• if it is live/real trading account so ask your broker for support;
• if it is demo trading account so open the other demo trading account (because many brokers are providing the demo accounts for limited time only);
• if it is login to this mql5 forum so use correct username and password ...
• more ...

So, it depends on which login was prohibited (because there are a lot of places where we should login for example).
