Can't find my purchase indicator

I just purchased an indicator, but I don't see it my puchased products list.   I can see my other purchased products.


Also, when I install one of my indicators , how can I install the same indicator on my mt5 terminals on my pc?

 

How many days ago did you purchase the indicator?
According to my experience:

  • If you use paypal or Visa so it may  take some days for the fund to come from your country to the other country.
  • If you use your mql5 forum profile to pay so it is within several hours to be appeared in your purchased list here:

Any Market tool (indicator and so on) should be installed directly from Metatrader.
And because of that - if you already installed indicator on one MT5 so you can install it on the other MT5 in the same way.
