Not able to add the phone number

 
I have tried to add my phone number to the MQL5 account.
To add number we have to receive the confirmation code.
However, we have not received it.
3 times attemted and no result. 
The country code and number are corect.
The message says : code has been succesefully sent. Attemts left: 0
Any ideas how to solve this?

ah, not that joke again.

I had the same problem and installed the "MQL5Channels"-app on my phone, logged into the app and some time after I received a Metaquotes-id (PC/Website) and I could add my phone number successfully. Don't ask me how/why this worked. But the service-desk won't help you because it's just telling you in which fields you should put your phone-number. I guess you already know that.

Choose Account \ Ask a question, then describe your problem and it will create a ticket for you
(just choose "Other questions" option to ask in free form).

Today the issue solved and the process of adding the phone number completed.
No changes from my side.
Support team solved the issue.
