Only on real volume and DOM you could distinguish. But most markets are not centralized. Not even stocks are truly centralized. Your real volume would be just an estimate.
Nether the less, tick volume is just ticks...
You can tell reliably on open - close price.
(open - close) < 0 is bullish.
