build 186 common error?

I had the program open and a trade was in play and all of a sudden I got no connection and then it changed to common error in the bottom corner.

I tried to repair it and then reinstall it and no go. then I uninstalled it rebooted and reinstalled the program and I can get a new account but if I try to log in to the old account I get the same error.

but if I log into the old account using the investor pw I can log in.

anyone else getting this?
 
what the build date?

still not working for me- if I go to the Journal is is saying-

'122261': public key not found

this is when I try to log in with the password not the investor password.

also tried this on a PC that has never had metaquotes installed on it. Still no go. same error.
