I have an EA that i want to  only place 1 direction trades at a time.... This means that the EA can place a buy or a sell but not allow a buy or sell to be placed while there is an opposite trade open or pending.

Whats the problem? That should be a pretty easy EA to make. It must be the $$$$ - How much did you offer?

I agree with @Jarvis Mccrary .

Unless you are complaining that nobody takes the project up in which case i'd ask if the code you post in the project is decompiled. That could be a factor . (if nobody takes the project)
