Have an alert that only alerts after I chang piriods.

I have a simple alert that lets me know when the macd has a signal, but it only alerts when I change charts, if I go from H4 to H1 it will give me the alert for H4. I am very new to MT4.

if you need help with your code, you need to post it.

but it is probably more appropriate to discuss code here: "MQL4: automated forex trading"

and leave this forum for issues related directly with the platform itself, but I guess that is up to MQ.
