help on iCustom, error calling 1 buffer - page 5

Adebayo Samson Adewuyi #: with this now I am thinking as my mt4 version is on 32bit giving me this issue, could that be the problem

There is no 32 bit MT5. You must have a 64 bit OS. MetaTrader 5 build 2190 was the last release that supports the 32-bit version.
Support for 32-bit versions ends with the next MetaTrader 5 update - MetaTrader 5 - General - MQL5 programming forum (2019)

There is no 64 bit MT4. All 64 bit OS can run 32 bit executables. Since 1 January 2018: completely stop support of all operating systems, which are lower than Windows 7

Okay, thanks that explains why he had to update his Os to 64bit for the Ea to work

But I'm still curious on what could be the problem causing "iCustom(..........) >High[..] " not working properly on my pc
