What do you mean MT5 is down?

MT5 is not your broker, but the software/platform licenced by your broker for their clients use.

We were told, that MT5 server is down and our funds are frozen. So I'm checking if thats true ir broker is scammer.

Is MT 5 server working as before???

MT5 is the bridge between the broker's server and your desktop / mobile .

So the broker's server is down
