Strategy tester

Is it possible to use a 10 minute time frame for the strategy tester, since this is the basis of my strategy.
 
This is one of the many reasons other timeframes need to be organic to the terminal. Period_Converter is a nice temporary workaround. I don't see how it would be hard to carry over the same concept as Period_Converter.mq4 into the code of the terminal. Do the same thing, but make it organic in the terminal so all the other terminal conponents have access to the other time frames. But I guess if it were that easy you would have already done, right?

MT4 is good, but it could be great.
 
I completely agree with you. The period converter does the job, but it's a hassle having to run it on each chart every time you start MT (unless I've missed a trick?). MT offers a lot of flexibility, but is unfortunately lacking a bit when it comes to timeframes.
