Hi Guys,
I sent one a week ago with no reply or indication it was even processed. Are you sure it's working ?
Further, how can someone look up the current list to see what's already reported so duplicates aren't submitted ?

After sending your error message or suggestion we can find the folowing string:
"In most cases we'll not send any notice letters. However, if we will need the additional information, our developers may contact you."
BugTracking it is not mail reporter, it is very effecient mehtod for sending and archiving information in our internal base.

Arthur,
At the very least you should set up an auto-responder to the person lodging the bug which outlines the logged bug - this is basic common practise for online bugtracking.
The second line is probably the more important though. Why can't you expose the current list of bugs to those interested or to those about to log a bug ? At least your loyal user base can see what's being worked on and will save duplicates being processed.
