Want to build strategy from a youtube video?

I would like to discuss with you guys which strategy (eventually from a youtube video) is interesting enough to be implemented as en EA.

I would do the implementation and share it with everyone - which video would you suggest?

The process would be:

  1. We discuss the ideas here.
  2. I Build and share the strategy for review
  3. Refining the EA and verify live trading performance on a demo account.

Feel free to share your thoughts.

The mods would decimate the thread in 5 seconds if you would not share the source code along with the strategy and all your work would be thrown in the bin.

It is an interesting idea in general . I suggest starting with the opposite , get the requests from the forum and upload them as videos . That means you would show the code in the video though.

Now if you want to take it up a notch , go read the requests from forex factory , create a video , the video leads to this thread here , send the FF user the video link with the solution , create a straw that sucks the user milkshake from from forex factory's glass to mql5.com  😊

The last one was partly a joke (they will ban you if they find out , unlike mql5.com they have not completely given up on their product). If your account is not commercial in the FF forum , you can post the video right there without source code either in the megathread they maintain . You'll get lots of traffic . And if your account is not commercial be wary to not post on the commercial section of FF , its a trap . 

It would certainly be refreshing though , all there is on yt is videos judging the popular products , paid promos , blatantly obvious paid promos , and ideas for hot search keywords martingale grid etc .
