Metatrader 4 Programming Reference Manual in English

I am trying to learn how to code for Metatrader. Is there a reference manual (eg pdf, chm) available in English? I cant even find anywhere in english the list of the inbuild functions eg: iMACD()
When I am in the MetaEditor (version 4 build 137) The help is in Russian, and sadly my Russian is limited to "vodka".
 
Next build of MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal will include english help-file of MetaEditor.
 
I suggest you upgrade to the latest version (build 157). Extensive help is provided in english. The MetaQuotes website also provides a very good english tutorial...
