User banned temporary for too many messages or assigning - page 2

If you are on dynamic IP address (majority of internet users are having dynamic IP) so - switch your PC off and restart your modem/router; the IP address will be changed and this "red banner" will be disappeared. It is the usual situation: I got this autoban by IP two times for example .. so - now I know how to fix it by myself.

If it does not help so - write to the service desk asking them for advice.

 
I have Chat Temporay Ban issue now, as I sent messages to my buyers telling them to update their EA as I just managed to update it today.

Anyone know how long is the ban? And can moderator or Help Desk lift the ban?

There is no need to send a PM to your buyers about an available update. The system already does that for you automatically.

Besides, you are not really supposed to know who your buyers are, unless you violated the Market rules by collecting their contact information by your direct request.

It is currently the weekend. They only respond during office hours—Contacts and requests

You will have to wait for it to time-out. I believe it will do so in 24hrs, but I am not certain.

You can also try updating your dynamic IP address as explained in post #11.
