Email Alert from Indicator/Expert

I noticed an option to enter the email address under Tools-->Options menu. Where do I use this feature?

Is it possible to send an email alert from an indicator or expert? If yes, can you please show a few lines of code that sends an email.

Hi, I use SendMail() function in my Expert and it succesfully dispatches an e-mail to the address specified in Tools -> Options.
