There is probably a bug in its code. It is broken. Is this perhaps the source code? It is very old code and probably needs to be revised.

I did not give a solution! I asked you a question and then stated that if it is the code I referenced, then the code is old and needs to be revised.

If you are not a coder then you have to request that someone fix it for you. Maybe ask in the Freelance section.
