You are using "Authorize from allowed static IP addresses only" in the setting of your profile
(in your original username such as https://www.mql5.com/en/users/[your username]/security ) ?

You can write to the service desk (look at "Contact and requests" link at the bottom of this page:
choose Account \ Ask a question, then describe your problem and it will create a ticket for you.
And do not forget to write your original username to the service desk.
