MT4 - New EA not shown up on listing after refresh/reboot/compile
I met this problem once when I moved a .mq4 file from my laptop to my Mac.
Try move the .mq4 files into the Expert Advisor folder. The complied file is in the same directory with the mq4 file. But if the compiled file is not in the Expert Advisor folder, the tester will not know it.

Currently I have been using MT4 for the past 2 years and quite happy with this software
However, I faced a serious problem recently that all my new EA not shown out on the EA listing after refresh, even I had manually copied to the MQL4/Expert folder
it's still not shown up after refresh, I also reboot the PC and reload the MT4, the new EA is still not shown up. Same happen to the MQ4 code, after compile, not shown yup
too, as a result, I cant run any new EA
The only solution i have now is to re-install a new MT4, however, after running for a week or two, the same problem came back, you know when setup a new MT4,
I need to copy the past history data and keep download one by one. I suspect this could be some virus design to attack the MT4 system, I am not sure
anyone encountered the same issue ??
