Hello, can you describe the appearance of fractals differently?

If the new LowFR is not less than the previous LowFR by the value (HighFR[previous]-LowFR[previous])/2, then we do not show the new one.

If the new LowFR is less than the previous LowFR by (HighFR[previous]-LowFR[previous]), then we show the new one.

If the new HighFR is not greater than the previous HighFR by the amount (HighFR[previous]-LowFR[previous])/2, we do not show the new one.

If the new HighFR is greater than the previous HighFR by the amount (HighFR[previous]-LowFR[previous]), then show the new one.
