Someone else used my metaquote ID to send me trade order notification, how can I stop it?

I think someone else typed the metaquote ID wrongly so my mobile app keep receiving his trade operations notification. How can I stop it? Can I change to another metaquote ID?

I'm using iOS. I deleted it and install again, but the ID is still the same. What's the correct procedure to re-install? Thank you.

Hi citytraveldreamer,

I have the same issues as you described and it pretty annoying, just curious, did you were able to solve it and how ?

Did you contact support desk and they fix it ? or the give a recipe to block those notification ? I saw also the you can restrict with static IP adress, but for only 3 IP adress, I have more than 3 IP adress that I receive my own notification.

Would be very happy is you could give me some advice with that issues.
