Is the fee charged at DEAL_ENTRY_IN, DEAL_ENTRY_OUT or twice (IN & OUT, like DEAL_COMMISSION) ?
(I'm talking about HistoryDealGetDouble(dealTicket,DEAL_FEE) )

               deal_commission=HistoryDealGetDouble(deal_ticket, DEAL_COMMISSION)*2;
               deal_fee=HistoryDealGetDouble(deal_ticket, DEAL_FEE);

Only commissions are charged both ways!!

It depends on the broker..

Not all brokers charge for fees!!

you can ask yours for clarification!!
