A "guaranteed" stop loss is a function / commitment of your broker, not MT

Of course.

But my question was, if I can use this "feature" in Metatrader?

If I start a trade in the web interface of my broker, I can choose by checking a box if I want to have a guaranteed SL or not. If yes, I have to pay an additional spread and then the SL is guaranteed.

In metatrader there is no checkbox for this and in MQL4 I didn't find a function that can send an order and tell the broker, that I want to "buy" this guaranteed SL.

No, unfortunately MT does not have this ability.
