Does opening 100 charts consume more RAM or CPU?

I want to open 100 charts which is maximum allowed by MT5, i want to know will it consume more CPU/ Ram?

Both! You can't say which is more because they are different concepts with different units and scales.

Both will increase depending also on the Indicators and/or EAs on those charts.

I need your advice, building a multi symbol scanner is resource efficient or opening 100 charts and adding indicator on each chart, thanks

The multi-symbol scanner (if coded properly) will be in my opinion be more efficient.
