my EA working only on Older MT5 before build 3325 - why?
muneneh: I have an EA that ive been developing without major hitches. however it has suddenly become extremely slow - that is from today morning. After several tests, i realized that its working well in one of the computers i use. On further checking i realised that the computer has one of the old MT5 installations - Version : 5.00 build 3323. all the rest where its stopped functioning right are on build 3325.
Has any one of you encountered something similar? I installed the old setup in the comp in the others but the installation automatically updates it to build 3325. anyone knows how i can install the older version?
Then don't run your EAs on beta builds. The last official build 3320.
Both builds 3325 and 3326 are beta builds that can have major bugs, so only use official builds when running your EAs.
To prevent from updating to beta builds, don't connect to MetaQuotes demo accounts. Only connect to broker provided accounts, be it demo or real.
