You can delete the product from this Metatrader 4 (I think there are the products already installed in this Metatrader), and install them once again.
And before - "refresh" the purchased tab on the following way:

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).
In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:
- Close all your MetaTrader terminals
- Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
- Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
- Open MetaTrader terminal
- Try to install product again
I've been here for years and never a problem. but now I can not load any of the indicators I purchase here on mql5. They work on one MT4 on different computer but not on this one... I tried restarting the computer and the mt4 and still get this notice in experts tab as shown in this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/vWDwjoqwTFK

No problem loading other indicators, EAs and scripts. Only problem with the ones purchased here and found in "Market" section on that MT4. Is there perhaps a setting that is preventing the loading of these?
Also check:
- that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge latest version installed on your computer or VPS
- that you are using the latest build of MetaTrader 4/5
- that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, using your login - NOT your email
- that your MQL5 account password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change MQL5 account password here)
