Difference between the original MT4 and the broker's metatrader software ??

I don't see the point on brokers using their own metatrader.

AFAIK, the icon, terminal name and server address are the only changes. Plus they can control the version release. Of all of those, the server address is probably the #1 reason brokers distribute their own version.
