Chart dropped for some reason on MT5 only and wiped all my funds

Hi community,

I am fairly new to MT5 and started trading in MT5 since about a month back. I had two trades open on Silver Today and for some reason the value dropped for a second and all my funds were wiped out! Looking at Silver on other platform the value did not drop like it shows in MT5, it literally shows Silver dropped to Zero then bounced back, which is incorrect. 
Is there a way to get this fund back or a contact I can reach out to in order to look into this please? I will very much appreciate your help on this as I am desperate to get my money back and trade again. Please help.
