This Principle includes that Truth that "everything is in motion, everything vibrates" and "nothing is at rest" - those facts which modern science confirms and which satisfy every new scientific discovery. Understanding this Principle in its corresponding forms allows the Termite Disciple to control both his own and others' mental vibrations. Masters also apply this Principle to the mastery of natural phenomena in various ways. He who understands the Principle of vibrations "has grasped the sceptre of power", say the sages and one of the ancient writers.
