Checked their website, there's no mt5.
 
The topic was raised three years ago, so I guess we have to wait another seven years.

but where is the symbol set from the SPb exchange? I see ruble dollar, so this goodness is almost everywhere, but where is APPL MSFT and the other 10k shares ?

One can only hope that VTB will soon bring MT5 to MICEX and SPB too.

 
2021, mt5 is still not connected to SPb at any broker. We are waiting for January 2022. Perhaps in 2024 something will happen in 2036.
In the meantime, I'm writing robots in python via Tinkoff's api.
