It is believed that Dmitri Ivanovich Khvostov was one of the first to write such poems (as far as Russia is concerned) in 1804. I couldn't find his opuses.
But the second after Khvostov is Valery Bryusov, who wrote a remarkable poem in 1895, which is still topical (in one line without punctuation marks, with a full stop at the end of the poem):

Nowadays this genre of poetry is being developed by Vladimir Vishnevsky, here is one of his poems, for example:
Don't you dare risk your life in front of me!
And some of his other poems (one line):
From 'it's OK' to 'it's over'. Google Translator translates singing in Mongolian, and it's just AAAAAAAA!
Russian-speaking users of Google Translator have discovered a feature in the software that has already become a meme. The translator takes Cyrillic typed clutter as understandable words if you try to translate them from Mongolian. This happens with other languages in the software too, but users think Google has learned to translate Mongolian throat-songs. Or it's trying to tell us something.

Why so far away? In the Aegean, it's just like the picture. In many places it's perfectly clear, you can see the bottom at a depth of 20m.
