At low time resolution these oscillations are not visible, because they are hidden inside the candlestick. It means that the indicator could blink back and forth 10 times in real time inside the day, and then after the bar closes it locks in the direction of the resulting price movement and it already looks like a smooth line that seems to hold a signal, when in reality it was different. This is why any indicator on such a small scale cannot be evaluated at all, because there is simply no necessary information.
