The method is elementary - the number of pips per bar.
If you want the angle seen by the person looking at the screen. MQL5 has functions to translate price coordinates into screen pixels. But here you should understand that the angle will depend on the scale. There is no method that is independent of scale. If someone claims otherwise, that's cheap poncey.
