People would fall for it 100%.
But now, modern technology is far ahead compared to the ability to make screenshots, use Photoshop, post funny pictures on forums and write meaningful abstruse phrases. There appeared pamm-accounts and monitoring, which is impossible to cheat!!!!
With that in mind, this is a short conversation now:
