A suggestion to the administration - page 3

Richie:

You just don't remember what it was like, but I do, for I used to sing in a choir myself, and what a coffin I wanted to see it all in ....... :)))

Ritchie, are we discussing the USSR here or what I remember or don't remember? Still, we are talking about a proposal :)

rid:

DDFedor! Answer me! Are you okay with this proposed job?

However, I would like to point out that the wording of these rules of the forum does not suit me personally because the wording of "civility" may be interpreted differently by different people. I personally prefer rules that are more specific in what is allowed and what is not. http://forum.academ.org/index.php?showtopic=246739 which I mentioned https://www.mql5.com/ru/articles/24

I hope that the look of the current forum rules is only a reflection of the priorities of the company and the rules can be made more concrete in the future.

in any case, thanks for the trust of forum members and positive feedback.

And to cut off students, which mentioned Michael, you can do as follows - when you raise the issue, the author of the trid automatically designated a moderator on its own topic and already decides whether the party contributes to the development of its topics of interest or not, which would be easier to implement the technical side of the rights that are endowed with the author - just deprivation of posting in his thread, as well as the ability to delete flood has already received off-topic, the right to ban and delete topics remain with administrators.

Very true. Thought about it myself. But....

Let's turn the situation around. A person opens a thread, starts talking nonsense (or spam, or advertising, etc.).

He gets a fair shouting down and he (the local navel) "decides whether or not the member criticising him is contributing to the topic of his interest". ))

Not everything is straightforward here.

I'm all for Uncle Fedor. Because the fight for purity is long overdue.

This forum has long been recognized as one of the most authoritative in Runet (and probably not only) in terms of popularity and composition of participants. They will be around for a long time, that's for sure, since MT4 is not going anywhere.

The natural measure in such a situation is to delegate some powers to the most adequate and respected members, even if they are admins. I don't think their decisions will be much worse than those of the administration itself. After all, these rights can be taken away, if the elected one will do something unacceptable.

About the local admin rights of the topicstarter to edit his own trid: this right can be given only to "adequate and proven", and not to all in a row.

By nature of my work, I am often at home and, consequently, here for weeks and almost around the clock.

So I can assist in weeding out the young morons. But no more than that.

Mathemat: Regarding the topicstarter's local admin rights to edit his own trid: only "adequate and reputable" people have this right, not everyone.

Well, that's how you, Mathemat, are chosen. I can't see a more authoritative person.

Swetten : ........ So I can help weed out the underage morons. But no more.
Svetlana, only a specialist has the right to diagnose. I haven't noticed any juvenile morons on this forum. You should not think so about teenagers, they will show their mother of God on a fecking root in a festering soot. The 15-25 generation is much more advanced than mine (30-35), for example. And despite all the beer and drugs.

Mathemat: devolution of some powers to the most adequate and respected participants

The only question is how sane, adequate and respected will be the one who will determine the measure of this adequacy and respect? After all, on these Internet forums, it can be anything, up to the fact that not adequate and not respected participant can suddenly suggest a non-standard (not adequate and not respected) solution to the problem )))).

LeoV: ............. that an inadequate and disrespected member can suddenly suggest a non-standard( inadequate and disrespected) solution to an issue ))))
I agree. "Putting the brain outside the skull" is often useful.

Ban me. Please.

Always and sincerely yours, Piglet...

Or should that have been posted on the thread about "Spam and their accomplices"?))

Richie, thank you. But so far we are only talking about Uncle Fedor.

However, if at least some rights are given to me, I don't mind. I don't claim to respond instantly, but I'm here every day and I have this forum page open whenever I have Internet.
