By reducing the leverage to 1:2, it is likely that the remaining 2.5 years you will slowly drain the rest of the deposit. Well, who would invest in a UX with a 3 year drawdown? How many years are you going to come out of it? Even from the level that you have now? There is no guarantee that after you noticed the positive trend and increased leverage in the hope of earning soon, you will not sink again, because everything will turn around and go down again - history repeats itself .....
