Generally speaking, there are only three options for getting whatever you want from someone.
1. It is violence. No matter what, force, threat, deception, extortion.
2. It is payment. Again in any variant, money, in-kind exchange, services or knowledge.
3. It is the identical desire of the one you want to get from. In a relationship between a man and a woman, it is love or attraction. In a relationship between members of the same sex, it is friendship. In other aspects of life it is usually called altruism.
P.S. So. This thread was started by its creator for the sake of the second point. Therefore it should be "frozen". And the creator is banned for advertising his services.

I agree. But love, as it turns out, isn't free either - you have to give gifts, meals, go on holiday and so on. For a man it can be a joy to give such gifts - but it's still not free.....))))

it's until you get charged for altruism... You have to pay for EVERYTHING. chronic altruism is 'time for a cure'... or be prepared to pay for it... (being aware that you have to pay).
