This DLL needs to be registered on your system. Either find a way to register it from the command line for the X64 platform or download the DLL-fixer search and registration program, it seems there is a broken version on the web.

I wonder if the author still supports his program? Something doesn't work with the newer builds. It crashes when specifying the folder with quotes.

It would be great if the author would share his research of symbols.raw, symbols.sel, ticks.raw, etc. file formats.
