Metatrader5 charts not updating (it's not the server)

Hi,

MT5,  Windows7, fresh install (latest build). 

All charts were working fine for the first week, now suddenly, none of them update. All charts seem completely frozen no matter what I do.

I have tested 3 different brokers  (Activtrades, MetaQuotes and Instaforex) - all demo accounts. I tried old demo accounts that were working last week, as well as creating new ones.  No luck. 

My startup journal contains no obvious errors and looks like this (my IP redacted as XXX...):

I have un-installed and re-installed - no luck.

Any ideas?
