I believe it is quite possible.
To reach 1000% in a year, it is enough to take profit of 1% of the deposit per day. For a 1,000 KZT deposit, this is only 10 KZT of profit per day. - It is only 10 units of profit per day. (For 10000% per annum you should make 2% of deposit profit per day).
The number of currency pairs offered by dealerships allows you to choose the pair (or pairs) each day that can provide a guaranteed desired profit.
Is it possible to program an Expert Advisor to look through all pairs and select a decent one for further work with it - I think it is possible, and this task is hardly impossible for a good programmer.
