As far as I understand, both options, and IsConnected() too, will only work when a new tick arrives. Won't those solutions lose their meaning, because in case of freezing of quotes, there will be no next tick?
I mean, perhaps, it is better to use an external solution working separately from the terminal. And there are such solutions - they monitor ticks receipt by terminal's logs and if there is delay on n sec/min, they reboot the terminal.
